We ship same day on all orders received before 11am eastern time. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following day. Our standard method of shipment is USPS First Class mail in a weather/tamper resistant bubbled mailer. Please note that the following time frames are estimates.
USPS First Class: 2-5 day average
USPS Priority: 2-5 day average
USPS Express: 2-3 day average
USPS Global Priority: 8-15 day average

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund from the time the item arrives at your door. However, due to product depreciation, packing materials, and merchant processing charges, we can only offer a refund on the sale price minus 19%. If your item came with free shipping, we will also assess the original shipping costs. When providing an exchange, we only accept returns for products in their original condition. Shipping is FREE for exchanged items. We cannot warranty cosmetically damaged goods, accidental damages, or man-made damages of any kind. In the event that a product is damaged during shipment or is otherwise defective, it must be reported immediately. Please inspect the product for defects as soon as it is received as this will hasten the return process and render an immediate replacement. Please remember to contact us via email with your issue before returning your product.
